Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Safety Inspector/Coordinator for the Southwest Region to develop, implement, and monitor safety programs for commercial roofing projects. The role focuses on protecting employees, subcontractors, and the public while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in construction safety management, OSHA 30 certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety management.
• Commercial roofing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid OSHA certification (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• CSP or First Aid/CPR/AED trainer certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Safety Director to implement and maintain safety policies for commercial roofing operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits across regional job sites, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training on fall protection, HazCom, aerial/scissor lift, forklift, and other topics.
• Lead incident investigations and manage emergency response plans.
• Maintain safety documentation and report on safety performance to senior management.

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. Eskola, LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Safety Inspector/Coordinator for the Southwest Region.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all commercial roofing projects within the region adhere to the highest safety standards — developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to protect employees, subcontractors, and the public while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. About the Role:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
