gategroup is seeking a Safety Training & Compliance professional in Dallas, TX to lead safety training programs and maintain training matrices. The role supports Safety Managers, ensuring OSHA and EPA rule compliance and incident investigations.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in safety/risk, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel 10–25%. Full-time role with benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and/or risk required.
• Experience in airline, food processing, or distribution operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts safety training programs and ensures compliance with company requirements.
• Manages training matrix for the unit.
• Reviews transportation training and manuals to ensure current requirements.
