Job summary

FST Logistics, Inc. Grove City facility is seeking an organized administrative professional to coordinate travel for drivers, manage documentation in DocuWare, and support driver orientation and compliance processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for drivers attending orientation.
  • Arrange travel and lodging accommodations for drivers requiring travel due to breakdowns, repairs, or other business-related needs.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain driver, safety, and new hire documentation in DocuWare and other electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating incident and claims tracking logs, ensuring required documentation is obtained and claims remain active until closure.
  • Schedule DOT physical examinations and other required medical appointments for driver recertifications.
  • Monitor expiring certifications and licenses and update expiration dates in LoadMaster and other company systems.
  • Run Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and assist with driver qualification file maintenance.
  • Communicate with drivers, vendors, medical providers, and internal departments regarding scheduling, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and driver records.
  • Generate reports and assist with data entry, tracking, and administrative support functions.
  • Support driver retention initiatives by assisting with communication to current drivers regarding events, recognition programs, surveys, meetings, and company announcements.
  • Provide overflow phone support for Driver Managers by answering routine questions and directing drivers to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Prepare onboarding packets, orientation materials, and hiring documentation for new driver orientations.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
