Uniti Group Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) professional to create a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace across our operations.
You will ensure facilities meet regulatory requirements for employee safety, environmental standards, and transportation safety. The role is hybrid with travel up to 30% and requires strong communication, incident investigation, PPE compliance, and data-driven safety improvements.

The starting compensation range for this job is $43,500 to $53,800. Our compensation approach is designed to be fair and competitive. Pay for this role is based on factors such as your experience, skills, education, and location. Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
