Job summary

CORE Safety Group is seeking a Safety Advisor in Hobbs, NM for a 3-month project to provide oversight of a construction site and ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and owner safety requirements.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to interpret safety standards, and the discipline to prioritize workload while maintaining a high level of safety on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• First Aid/CPR/AED.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety matters at the construction project site and ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and owner safety requirements.
• Identify safety issues and coordinate with project stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

CORE Safety Group is a nationwide safety management and loss control consultant. We are currently seeking a Safety Advisor for a 3-month position in Hobbs, NM to provide oversight of a construction project . The Safety Advisor will be responsible for identifying issues regarding safety matters at the project site and ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and owner safety requirements.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:

Applicant should have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in speech and writing with members at all levels throughout an organization; strong writing skills with the ability to interpret safety standards; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with diverse personalities. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and display a high-level of organizational skills.

• OSHA 30
• FA/CPR/AED
