The Sage Group’s Client is seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Operations Specialist. You will help maintain the integrity of our AI systems by labeling data, reviewing user interactions, enforcing policy guidelines, and collaborating across teams to improve safety mechanisms.

*Important context for this role: You may be exposed to explicit content spanning sexual, violent, or disturbing topics. ITAR compliance requires U.S. person status as defined by 22 CFR 120.62.

Qualifications

• Experience in content moderation or trust & safety roles.
• Ability to identify policy violations and apply guidelines with precision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Review customer signals, user exchanges, and code to identify policy violations.
• Enforce Safeguards workflows and policy guidelines with precision.
• Collaborate with Strategy Analysts, Policy Managers, and Threat Intelligence Investigators to identify trends and gaps.
• Produce weekly reports on operational workflows.
• Handle customer communications and appeals related to policy enforcement.
• Provide surge review support and content labeling when needed.
• Triage cross-functional requests and provide timely insights.

Safeguards Enforcement Operations Specialist

Category: Trust & Safety

• Due to the client's obligations under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR Part 120 et seq.), this position requires access to ITAR-controlled technical data.
• Candidates must be a U.S. person as defined in 22 CFR 120.62: a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or a protected individual as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), including asylees and refugees, unless the candidate holds or can obtain U.S. government export authorization.
• This requirement is imposed solely to comply with federal export control law and is not a preference for any citizenship status.

The Sage Groups’ Client is seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Operations Specialist. You will be at the forefront of maintaining the integrity of our AI systems by labeling data, reviewing user interactions, enforcing policy guidelines, and collaborating across teams to continuously improve our safety mechanisms.

*Important context for this role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Review customer signals, user exchanges, and code to identify potential policy violations
• Enforce established Safeguards workflows and policy guidelines with precision and care
• Collaborate with Strategy Analysts, Policy Managers, and Threat Intelligence Investigators to:
• Identify emerging trends
• Highlight potential policy gaps
• Produce comprehensive weekly reports on operational workflows
• Handle customer communications and appeals related to policy enforcement
• Provide surge review support and content labeling when team needs arise
• Triage and respond to cross-functional requests, offering timely assistance and insights
