Job summary

Domino’s Delivery Driver in Ardmore, TN is a fun, community-focused role where you’re out on the road delivering our delicious pizzas and bringing smiles to customers. You’ll train with the team and also chip in inside the store when needed, making it a versatile, social job.

We’re looking for at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance. A safe driving record and navigational skills help you move quickly and accurately through our delivery area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have held a driver's license for at least two years.
• Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for deliveries.

Domino’s Delivery Drivers Must Be at Least 18 Years Old and Need:

• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings

Those are the basics, but here’s what else you can expect:

General Job Duties

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person

Essential Functions/Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Work Conditions

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outsideExposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

Sensing

• Talking and hearing on telephone
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in-store tasks

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 and have had license for at least two years.

Pass Background Check

Meet minimum standards for Motor Vehicle Report.
