Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with significant exposure to Insurance/Transformation programs.
- Proven experience implementing enterprise Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred) in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- SAFe Implementation & Transformation across banking, payments, and core insurance platforms.
- Coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership in a regulated Insurance environment.
- Facilitate PI planning, align business priorities with tech roadmaps.
- Drive Agile delivery excellence and governance with risk and compliance in mind.
- Engage stakeholders and leadership to ensure transformation success and value realization.
- Promote DevOps practices and continuous improvement across teams.
