Job summary

AIAEC LLC is seeking a Head of Product to lead the strategy, development, commercialization and growth of our SaaS portfolio. You will lead Product Owners and UI/UX teams, partner closely with Engineering, QA, Support, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and executive leadership, and ensure a focus on customer value and business impact.

This leader will guide prioritization, drive end-to-end product lifecycle, and scale product management practices as we grow in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS organizations.
• 3–5+ years leading product teams.
• Experience taking a SaaS product from idea through launch to commercial scale.
• Strong skills in product strategy, roadmapping, discovery and customer research.
• Experience managing Product Owners or Product Managers and collaborating with UI/UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for the portfolio.
• Prioritize across the portfolio to balance capacity and impact.
• Lead discovery with customers, market research and usage data.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from idea to adoption and feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on go-to-market and adoption.
