Job summary

Obsidian Security is seeking a DevOps/SRE professional in Palo Alto, California, to ensure high-performing production systems for our SaaS security platform. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and strong skills in Kubernetes and cloud services. You will collaborate with various teams to tackle scalability and reliability issues while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role supporting SaaS services on GCP and/or AWS.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and CI/CD tools.
• Bonus if you’re familiar with Kafka, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the service quality of our customer-facing SaaS security platform.
• Address complex challenges around scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
