Directive is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager in Orlando, Florida, to own the success of SMB clients across various marketing channels. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in agency-side and performance marketing. The role is remote-first, but allows for an option to work from our office in Irvine, California.

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• World-class project manager who knows how to get things done on time and below cost.
