The selected candidate will support a fast-growing organization by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology and healthcare-related agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping internal teams navigate risk.Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and Business Associate Agreements.
• Provide clear, business-oriented legal guidance on contract interpretation, risk exposure, and dispute resolution.
• Support compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, product, operations, and leadership to enable business growth.
