EWOR is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will have maximum ownership to architect systems, drive strategy, and execute from 0 to 1 with autonomy.

You will translate vision into actionable roadmaps and push rapid implementation across prototypes to production. You will work with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, reporting directly to the department founder.

Qualifications

• Highly autonomous operators and builders sought to own and execute from 0 to 1 initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete roadmaps and milestones.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as SaaS.
• Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps and fast implementation.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to enable rapid growth or spin-off potential.
