Organizational Development Lead, SAP S/4HANA Transformation
The Organizational Development Lead – SAP S/4HANA Transformation serves as the primary global subject matter expert for leadership, learning, capability building, and workforce readiness throughout Terumo BCT’s SAP S/4HANA transformation.
This role is embedded within the S/4HANA program and partners closely with HR, IT, Global Process Owners, Change Management, Training, and system integrators to ensure leaders and associates are prepared for new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
This position blends Organizational Development expertise with transformation enablement, driving the design, testing, deployment, and sustainment of global learning and capability solutions that support successful system adoption and long-term organizational performance..
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, Organizational Development or, e quivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, traverse, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range: $127,400.00to$159,200.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 10.0%
