Sylvania in Marana, AZ seeks an Education Support Specialist to assist students with disabilities and support IEP goals. You will provide a safe learning environment, accompany students, and offer tutoring in 1:1 or small group settings under a certified teacher.
Some duties may include transcribing materials into Braille and assisting with self-care tasks as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining records, Medicaid billing, coordinating with teachers and parents for IEP, CST, and MET
Provides support to students with disabilities to assist with a wide range of IEP related services so they may reach their highest potential within the academic setting.

$17.64/hour -9 Month position - 35 hours/week
Employees hired into this position are required to submit a copy of their social security card to the department of Exceptional Student Services in order to bill Medicaid.
