Responsibilities

  • Lead a process improvement project under the guidance of an experienced scientist to identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with fellow laboratory team members to achieve collective results while identifying additional opportunities for system and process enhancements.
  • Carry out laboratory activities and service assignments, together with corresponding administrative work, based on short-to medium-term planning.
  • Apply critical thinking, a strategic mindset, and foresight in evolving technical environments to support high-quality scientific outcomes.
  • Document and report findings in a clear and concise manner and present final recommendations at the conclusion of the internship.
  • Maintain detailed records of experimental data and ensure data integrity in all laboratory activities.
  • Support co-laboratory workers during the execution of activities and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Perform tasks to maintain the quality of equipment and quality certification in line with NAL qualification and internal standards.
  • Be responsible for compliance with regulations regarding quality and phytosanitary policies and help secure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment that meets all HSE, Business Conduct, and HR requirements.

S&T Environmental Toxicology Intern

As a Regulatory Science Intern, you join a dynamic team where you enhance your research skills while gaining hands‑on industry experience and building meaningful professional connections; In this role, you lead a process improvement project under the guidance of an experienced scientist, contribute to laboratory and service activities, and help identify innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and quality; You work in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values scientific rigor, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and regulatory excellence.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Regulatory Science Intern, are to;

  • Lead a process improvement project under the guidance of an experienced scientist to identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency;

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $22.75 to $47.75. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits may include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc (if relevant). This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
