Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Quality & Compliance strategy across Sales & Distribution operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local execution.
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable deployment plans, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent S&D compliance program deployment.
• Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, and drive timely mitigation actions.
• Support change management and communication efforts to embed quality expectations.
• Ensure alignment with quality system requirements, regulatory expectations, and internal policies.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments related to S&D deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment effectiveness and sustainability.
