Job summary

NTW - National Tire Wholesale in West Valley City, UT is hiring full-time Service and Delivery Drivers. You will operate company vehicles to deliver tires and equipment, loading and unloading as needed, while following DOT regulations and maintaining a safe, clean vehicle.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years of delivery experience, are 21+, have a valid license, and a clean MVR. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of box truck delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must obtain and maintain DOT Certificate.
• Clean driving record (MVR).
• Pre-employment screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely to deliver tires and equipment.
• Load, stage and unload trucks as requested.
• Adhere to DOT hours of service and route procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean vehicle.

Service and Delivery Drivers

are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles. Also assisting with the general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
• Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
• Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area
• Maintain exception Customer Service based on our People Focused Values
• Come to work in a Clean and Laundered Uniform that is provided by NTW
• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed
• Other duties as requested or needed

Added Responsibilities

• Safety 1st Mentality
• 1+ years of experience, box truck experience and/or delivery experience preferred
• 1+ years of no At-fault accidents,
• clean MVR
• Maintain a current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
• Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.
