NTW - National Tire Wholesale in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver. You will deliver products safely using company vehicles and assist with warehouse organization. This role supports customer service and requires compliance with DOT rules and company policies.

The position offers growth opportunities within a stable organization while emphasizing safety, reliability, and teamwork. Candidates should have 1+ years of delivery experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

Safety-focused approach to driving and operations.
1+ year delivery or box truck experience preferred.
Clean driving record (MVR) and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently per policy.
Pick, stage, and load trucks as needed.
Adhere to DOT hours of service and other regulations.
Maintain knowledge of products and procedures.
Deliver tires/equipment to customers following route sequences.
Handle COD transactions per policy.
Keep vehicle and work area clean and organized.
Provide excellent customer service aligned with company values.
Wear provided uniform and comply with safety requirements.
Operate MHE when required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Service and Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles. Also assisting with the general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse.

This full time Warehouse Delivery Driver position can lead to career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
Pick, stage and load trucks as requested
Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
Adhere to pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area
Maintain exception Customer Service based on our People Focused Values
Come to work in a Clean and Laundered Uniform that is provided by NTW
Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner as needed
Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

Safety 1st Mentality
1+ years of experience, box truck experience and/or delivery experience preferred
1+ years of no At‑fault accidents
Clean MVR
Maintain a current driver’s license relevant to the types/classes of vehicles driven during company business
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations
Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
