Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to own end‑to‑end technical design and delivery for ABAP on HANA on S/4HANA projects. You will drive solution design workshops with client architects, producing high‑level and low‑level designs and guiding a global delivery team.

The role requires deep ABAP on HANA expertise, CDS Views, RAP, OData services, and hands‑on experience with Fiori applications and BTP integrations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of SAP experience with hands-on ABAP on HANA.
• Minimum 4+ years hands-on ABAP on HANA with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations as a Technical Lead.
• Deep expertise in ABAP on HANA: CDS Views, AMDPs, RAP, OData (V2/V4).
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and Fiori Launchpad configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical design and delivery for ABAP on HANA on S/4HANA.
• Lead solution design workshops with client architects; produce HLD/LLD docs.
• Lead and mentor ABAP, Fiori, and BTP developers across offshore locations.
