Job summary

Remedy is staffing a local Cedar Rapids distribution warehouse to support US operations. The role focuses on transferring product physically and logically, loading/unloading trailers, and moving items with powered equipment. Experience is beneficial, but forklift training is provided for new entrants.

Key duties include forklift operation, pallet loading, and routine inventory counts. This shift runs 4:45pm–3:15am with a Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a consistent work history and warehousing industry experience.
• Forklift training is provided if no prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load pallets of product for customer orders.
• Unload product into proper locations and ensure damaged items are processed.
• Operate forklift in a safe manner.
• Perform inventory counts to ensure bay location accuracy.
• Support inbound, outbound, quality hold, displays, case pick replenishments, and materials handling.

Remedy has immediate openings at a local distribution warehouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa that supports distribution across the US!

The purpose of this position is to accurately transfer product, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, load/unload trailers, move product throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform case pick and inventory counts as required.

If you don't have experience driving a forklift, the company is willing to train. They require consistent work history, good job tenure, and industry experience to be eligible.

ADDED BENEFIT! This is a potential temp to hire position for qualified candidates!

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately load pallets of product for customer orders utilizing WMS computer system
• Unload customer product into proper location while ensuring damaged product is processed before being put away
• Operate forklift in a safe manner
• Perform inventory counts to ensure bay location is accurate
• Primary focus is on the inbound, outbound, quality hold, displays, case pick replenishments, and materials functions of the facility

Schedule:

• Must be able to train on 1st shift.
• 4:45pm - 3:15am
• Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday

Pay:

• $20.00 / hour
• $2.00 / hour shift diff once you complete training and move to your shift.
