Job summary

WB is seeking a dispatch delivery technician to ensure medications reach facilities on time and efficiently. The role involves coordinating daily deliveries for LTC departments, communicating with drivers, and keeping accurate delivery timelines.

You will pack and prep meds according to facility requirements, determine the best delivery method for STAT needs, and perform other tasks as assigned by a supervisor. WB offers comprehensive benefits to support growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in a delivery/dispatch role preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliveries.
• Excellent communication with drivers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch all daily deliveries for LTC departments
• Act as communication liaison with drivers throughout the day
• Know approximate time of delivery when facility/patient calls
• Pack and prep meds according to facilities & wings within facilities
• Determine best method to handle STAT deliveries
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor, including technician responsibilities when needed
