Job summary

Talent Shift, LLC is seeking an experienced RWA Risk professional for a banking client on a project basis. This onsite role is based in Charlotte, NC.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of RWA initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams across Risk, Finance, Treasury and Regulatory Reporting, and manage project plans, milestones and governance. Candidates should have 8+ years in banking project management and strong knowledge of regulatory reporting and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, risk management, and capital planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) initiatives and regulatory capital projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Support Basel III/IV implementation efforts, RWA optimization initiatives, and regulatory remediation programs.
• Drive data, process, and technology enhancements related to capital and risk reporting.
• Prepare executive-level status reporting and governance materials.
