Qualifications

• Active Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license.
• 18 years of age or older to be considered.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Determine animal requirements by conducting examinations and interviews, reviewing care plans and records, and performing tests and imaging.
• Care for patients by taking vital signs, administering medications, vaccines, and wound care.
• Assist with examinations and operations by preparing supplies, moving patients, and restraining under veterinarian direction.
• Maintain medical records and communicate with pet owners about patient status.
• Ensure clean and safe environments by sterilizing instruments and maintaining equipment.
