Job summary

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers in Katy, TX seeks an experienced RV Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems to ensure safe, reliable units for customers. You will work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and LP gas systems, with emphasis on quality workmanship.

You are mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and committed to safety, with own tools and the ability to work indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• RV systems knowledge or transferable experience from related trades.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Must have your own tools.
• Reliable, punctual and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and LP gas.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and warranty repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately.
• Document repairs clearly and completely.
• Follow safety standards, manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a service team to meet production goals.
