Qualifications

Prior experience in RV repair or automotive repair
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and visual inspection
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on recreational vehicles
Perform routine RV maintenance including inspections, oil changes, and brake service
Troubleshoot and repair RV appliances, HVAC systems, and slide-out mechanisms
Conduct roof, seal, and water damage assessments and repairs
Communicate repair needs and estimates clearly with service advisors and customers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Document all work performed accurately in the shop management system
