Job summary

Wilkins RV, a family-owned dealer in New York, is seeking an Experienced/Mid-Level RV Service Technician in Cicero, NY. You will repair and maintain RVs, adhere to dealership standards, and keep equipment safe and functional.

The role offers a hourly wage of $25.00–$34.00 with a weekly bonus up to $13.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV repair and related systems.
• Own tools and valid driver’s license.
• NYS inspection license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory/dealership standards.
• Work efficiently within schedules set by Service Manager/Advisors.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and staff.
• Keep tools and equipment in good condition and safe.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all work assigned with speed and quality in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
• Perform repair and maintenance of customer's and company's products in accordance with time and schedules assigned by Service Manager/Service Advisors.
• Maintain level of competence on a technical basis; Attend all factory-sponsored training classes, and/or all available service training schools; Attain highest level of certification which can be achieved.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, dealership personnel, and vendor representatives.
• Maintain tools and equipment while following proper safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Experience or combination of experience in the following fields:
  • Automotive Repair
  • HVAC

  • General maintenance - “Jack of all Trades” is a plus.
  • A New York State inspection license is a plus but not required.
• Ability to furnish own hand/shop tools.
