Job summary

Campers Inn RV of Saint George Inc is seeking an RV Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and demonstrate RV systems. The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and routine maintenance, with a focus on safety and customer service.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Saint George, UT. We offer ongoing career development, a comprehensive health and welfare plan, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Minimum of 1 year RV service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety manuals; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, interior carpentry, exteriors etc. to ensure proper operating condition.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Test drive RVs to diagnose and ensure proper operation.
• Demonstrate use and maintenance of RV features to customers.

Essential Job Functions

• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, interior carpentry, exteriors ect to ensure proper operating condition
• Perform routine maintenance
• Test drive RV’s to diagnose to ensure that they are working properly
• Demonstrate use, function and features and how to perform basic maintenance of the RV

Qualifications

• This is a safety sensitive position
• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
• License & Certifications:
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
• Experience:
  • A minimum of one year of RV service experience preferred
• Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety manuals
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to wear protective clothing and use protective equipment as needed or required as per OSHA regulations
  • Ability to tow RVs of various sizes as needed
  • Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
