Job summary

Wilkins Recreational Vehicles in New York is seeking an experienced Lead RV Technician to diagnose and repair complex electrical, HVAC, structural, plumbing and chassis issues, while taking a lead role in developing our service team.

The role emphasizes coaching and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring top quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction. You must have your own tools and at least five years of RV experience; RVTI certification level 3 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RV experience or related technician experience.
• RVTI certification level 3 preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural and chassis systems.
• Ability to train and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Must have own tools.

Position Overview

As a Lead RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electrical, HVAC, structural, plumbing, and chassis issues. You will also play a key role in training and coaching less experienced technicians, helping to build a strong and capable service team.

Salary Range

• $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 based on experience.
