Qualifications

• Prior experience in RV repair or a related trade is preferred.
• RVIA/RVDA certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of 12V/120V electrical systems, propane systems and plumbing.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and structural issues independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems on a variety of RV makes and models.

• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, slide-outs, awnings, and other RV-specific components.
• Document repair orders, parts used, and labor time accurately in the service management system.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors and customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay.
• Stay current with manufacturer service bulletins, technical training, and industry updates.
