Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join the marketing team at our Meridian, Idaho headquarters. You’ll be the on-camera talent and a creator behind the scenes, scripting, filming, and editing content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond to educate, inspire, and entertain our audience.

The role requires a confident on-screen presence, strong storytelling, and the ability to manage content calendars. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience and fit.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bish’s RV as a voice on their social media profiles.
• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for reels, TikTok, stories, etc.
• Research social media trends and competitors to stay ahead.
• Script content and collaborate with marketing on ideas.
• Build, manage, and execute content calendars for campaigns across channels.
• Analyze basic performance data to refine content strategy.
• Learn product lineup and speak authentically about RVing and camping.
