Job summary

RV Country is seeking a skilled RV Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles at our Sparks, NV location. Join a top-rated dealership with over 60 years in business and a strong team culture focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with shop foremen and service advisors, perform diagnostic procedures, estimate labor times, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with factory standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.

• Good communication with service advisors, foremen, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose RV problems.
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
• Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
• Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
• Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
• Attend company and factory training.
