Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Greenwood, Indiana.

The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies, with opportunities for certification training. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance, with strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• 1+ year service technician experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
