Job summary

RV Country, Inc. is seeking an experienced RV Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles at our Washington locations. You will work closely with service advisors and foremen to plan procedures, estimate labor, and ensure quality workmanship.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and hands-on RV technician experience. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities for training and career growth in a supportive dealership environment.

• Good communication with service advisors, foremen, and teammates.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose RV problems.
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
• Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
• Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
• Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
• Maintain adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
• Attend company and factory training.
