Job summary

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers in Amarillo is seeking an RV Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems to ensure safe, reliable units for our customers.

The role requires hands-on skills with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and LP gas systems, plus routine maintenance and warranty work. You should be detail-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and willing to learn manufacturer updates.

Qualifications

• RV technician experience preferred, but related experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of RV systems or transferable experience from automotive, marine, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs without cutting corners.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
• Must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and LP gas systems
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately
• Document repairs clearly and completely
• Follow safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures
• Work independently and as part of a service team to meet production goals
