DeMontrond RV is seeking RV Service Technicians to join our award-winning team. We offer top-of-the-scale salaries, sign-on bonuses, and a great working environment.

Our facilities are climate-controlled and state-of-the-art, and we have a long history of growth since 1953. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and a State Inspection License, plus technician certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 1–3 months of relevant experience or training preferred.
• Operator Driver's License required.
• State Inspection License required.
• Solid skills and a strong work ethic expected.
• Technician Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Examine and diagnose RVs.
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor.
• Provide labor estimates and communicate additional service requests to the Service Advisor.
• Plan work in cooperation with shop foreman.
• Monitor repair time and update service advisor.
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees.
• Attend company and factory training and keep current with factory bulletins.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (hazardous waste disposal).

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED
