Job summary

Kunes RV in Slinger, Wisconsin is seeking both entry level and experienced RV Service Technicians to diagnose and repair a variety of RV systems. We offer an apprenticeship program with continued training and a path to advance as you gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications

  • RV dealership experience is preferred.
  • Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful.
  • RVDA/RVIA certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in apprenticeship program and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

  • Examine and diagnose RV problems.
  • Discuss repairs with RV service advisor.
  • Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
  • Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
  • Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
  • Maintain adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
  • Complete documentation for repairs.
  • Attend company and factory training.

RV SERVICE TECHNICIAN

No Experience Required! If you have Experience as a Handyman, and/or with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Carpentry, for Immediate Consideration!

Kunes RV of is seeking to hire Entry Level and Experienced RV Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair a variety of RV systems and appliances. This is a great opportunity to begin a rewarding, long-term career and to earn an excellent income while learning valuable skills during our in-house, full-time RV Service Tech Apprenticeship Program!! We offer continued training to all levels of experience! RV techs know a little bit about everything - electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc. If you can do any one of these, we'll teach you the rest! To get started as a new RV tech in our dealership, you don't need specific RV experience. But you do need to be handy, dedicated, responsible and professional. Kunes RV, one of the most successful RV dealers in the market, has immediate openings for RV Technicians as we expand our award-winning service department. There are multiple positions within our service department that can accommodate a variety of technical experience. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands and consider yourself mechanically and technically inclined then we want to hear from you. We offer competitive hourly compensation, based on experience and skill set. Hourly plus bonus incentive program is available. Willing to provide a signing bonus for the right individual and skill set.

  • RVDA/RVIA CERTIFICATION a plus
