Bish’s RV in Kearney, NE seeks an experienced RV Technician to diagnose, service and repair a wide range of RV systems. You will lead diagnostics, mentor junior technicians, and ensure top-quality workmanship.

This role requires independent work with a strong hands-on skill set and a focus on customer satisfaction. The position offers pay targets of $25–$50 per hour with top performers earning $120,000+ annually, and requires RV system expertise, tool ownership, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair experience or related mechanical/electrical work.
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures.
• RVTI certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
• Must have a set of personal tools.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components.
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards.
• Keep the workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable RV Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components.
