Our technicians work on much more than basic maintenance. RVs combine automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, which means every day brings something different.

Coming from automotive, diesel, fleet maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or another mechanical trade? Your skills may transfer extremely well into this industry.

What You'll Be Doing

As an RV Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems and components.

Your work may include:

• Troubleshooting 12V and 120V electrical systems
• Diagnosing wiring, battery, charging, and power issues
• Repairing plumbing and water systems
• Servicing air conditioning and heating systems
• Diagnosing furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters, and other appliances
• Repairing slide-outs, leveling systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components
• Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
• Identifying the root cause of customer concerns
• Completing repairs correctly and efficiently
• Documenting repairs and parts used
• Communicating findings clearly with the service team
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Who We're Looking For

Strong candidates may have experience in:

• RV service and repair
• Automotive repair
• Diesel or fleet maintenance
