Job summary

Socket.dev at the Transwest RV location in Frederick seeks an RV Assistant Service Manager to lead the service team and oversee operations behind the RV Service department. You will report to the RV Service Manager and supervise shop staff while ensuring quality, productivity, and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of RV service management experience; dealership background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ RV service experience.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a General Abilities Assessment and post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop staff including Administration, Foreman, and Service Writers.
• Assist Service Manager in training personnel.
• Perform quality assurance inspections and train technicians in QA.
• Resolve customer complaints and manage customer relations.
• Schedule, assign, and supervise work to balance quality, productivity and profit.
• Oversee tool and shop equipment maintenance and safety.
