Job summary

Campers Inn RV Wilmington is seeking a Production Manager to lead the service department team and oversee daily shop operations in Wilmington, OH. You will drive productivity, ensure safety standards, and coordinate technical installations while maintaining high-quality repairs.

The role requires supervisory experience, RV industry knowledge, and the ability to mentor technicians. A valid driver's license, forklift certification, and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s license and good driving record required.
• RVIA/RVDA certification or Master certification preferred.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred, or ability to be certified within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service department team and ensure safety standards are met.
• Supervise shop personnel, coordinate installations, and mentor technicians.
• Train staff on new products and safety procedures; monitor productivity and labor reports.
• Maintain quality controls and perform inspections to company and factory standards.
• Provide cradle-to-grave customer service and support shop operations.
