Job summary

General RV Center in Michigan is seeking a Sales Associate to guide customers through the full RV buying journey, from selecting a unit to negotiating and closing deals. You will share expert RV knowledge and tailor recommendations to each customer’s needs.

You will build lasting relationships, provide exceptional service, and stay sharp with product updates, inventory insights, and training. This role offers strong earning potential and company-backed training in a team-driven environment.

• Follow up daily with leads through our CRM system.
• Present solution-based options that fit customer needs.
• Partner with our Finance team to coordinate lending and finalize deals.
