Fun Town RV in Buckner, MO is seeking a Sales Professional to engage customers and drive RV sales. You will identify customer needs, demonstrate features, process quotes, and coordinate with finance and service teams to deliver a smooth purchase experience.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and computer skills, and experience with CRM systems is a plus. A high school diploma is required; RV or automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in RV or automotive sales is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and identify their RV needs to guide them to appropriate options.
• Demonstrate RV features and functionality, both exterior and interior.
• Answer product questions confidently, overcoming objections and closing sales.
• Prepare accurate sales documents, quotes, and credit applications.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth delivery and pickup processes.
• Maintain customer records in CRM software.
• Follow up on internet leads, inbound calls, and previous interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development department to drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay up to date on current inventory, promotions, and RV trends.
• Participate in ongoing training for sales techniques and product features.
