Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience. Pay structure includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with potential to switch to a 100% commission plan after 30 days.

Total annual compensation is projected between $50,000 and $150,000 for qualified contributors. In addition to guaranteed pay, the role offers benefits such as Paid Time Off, 401(k), and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
