Fun Town RV is hiring a Sales Professional in Texarkana, TX. You will engage customers, understand their RV needs, demonstrate features, and guide them toward purchase while handling paperwork and CRM updates.

Candidates should have strong communication, tech-savvy abilities, and a track record of meeting sales goals. Prior RV or automotive experience is a plus; training is provided. On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in RV or automotive sales preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently with accountability.
• Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify RV needs to guide them to options.
• Demonstrate RV features and functionality on exterior and interior.
• Answer product questions, handle objections, and close sales.
• Prepare accurate sales documents, quotes and credit applications.
• Coordinate with finance and service to ensure smooth delivery and pickup.
