Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote a top-notch customer experience, demonstrate RVs, and work with the F&I and Sales teams to close deals.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, the plan shifts after 30 days to a choice between continued base+commissions or 100% commissions. Annual earnings range from $50,000 to $150,000 and beyond for top performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience, RV or related fields preferred.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information; valid driver’s license required.
• Periods of standing, bending and lifting up to 25 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate vehicles with rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales with support from F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
