Blue Compass RV Colorado Springs is hiring an energetic RV Sales Lot Porter to move and stage RVs, keep the lot pristine, and support sales and service teams. You’ll operate equipment, assist with inventory flow, and help customers see available units.

This role offers training, a pathway into sales, service, or operations, and a supportive team culture within a fast-growing RV dealership network.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training available.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Career-focused with potential growth in the RV industry.

Responsabilités

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment.
• Keep the dealership lot looking sharp, clean, and customer-ready.
• Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure correct inventory placement.
• Assist with light detailing and general upkeep to showcase inventory.
• Be the go-to for lot movement and inventory flow.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment
• Keep our dealership lot looking sharp, clean, and customer-ready
• Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs
• Work closely with sales and service teams to make sure the right RV is in the right place
• Jump in on light detailing and general upkeep — help us show off our inventory!
• Be the go-to for lot movement and inventory flow
• Be safe, be alert, and always follow company procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Forklift experience is a plus — or we’ll train you!
• Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather
