Job summary

Blue Compass RV in Claremont, NC is seeking an energetic RV Sales Lot Porter to join our team and keep the lot organized and customer-ready.

You will move and stage RVs using a forklift or other equipment, assist sales and service teams, and help with light detailing and upkeep.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required; forklift experience is a plus or we will train you. Compensation is $20.00 per hour with full benefits and a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment.
• Keep the dealership lot looking sharp, clean, and customer-ready.
• Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure the right RV is in the right place.
• Light detailing and general upkeep to showcase inventory.
• Be the go-to for lot movement and inventory flow.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
