Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a seasoned RV Sales Manager to lead dealership-wide sales initiatives, drive profitability, and mentor a team of 8–12 consultants. You will own revenue growth through strategic campaigns, CRM optimization, and high‑level client engagement.

This role offers uncapped commissions and a clear path to General Manager or Regional Director within 18 months, with access to industry events, training, and leadership retreats.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership within automotive or RV dealership with quota exceedance (e.g., $10M+ annual sales).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent retail/hospitality management experience considered.
• Strong CRM and data analytics proficiency; comfortable using digital tools for lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a sales team of 8–12 RV consultants to raise close rates.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve $15M+ annual unit sales.
• Oversee CRM lifecycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up; target 95% satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and operations with finance/service; optimize margins.
• Analyze market trends and run outreach to RV clubs and trade shows.
