Job summary

Holiday World RV in Texas seeks a results-driven Sales Associate to build relationships, listen to customers, and help find the perfect RV. You will present inventory, guide customers through the sales process, and own the end-to-end journey from prospecting to delivery.

You should stay current on products, market trends, and certifications through daily training, while participating in a commission-based structure with opportunities for bonuses. Team-focused culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented.
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and peak seasons.

Responsibilities
